**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders. You will also engage in meaningful companionship activities, such as conversation, leisure activities, and outings.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide hands-on assistance with personal care tasks, respecting the dignity and privacy of each client
* Assist clients with meal planning, preparation, and taking into consideration their dietary preferences, restrictions, and nutritional needs
* Prompt clients to take their medications as prescribed and assist with medication management as needed
* Foster meaningful companionship with clients through conversation, leisure activities, and outings
* Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces, doing laundry, and organizing belongings
* Provide transportation assistance to clients for errands, appointments, and social engagements
