Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Flow Recruitment. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of an allocated area or room within the nursery.

You will be required to ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe, and stimulating environment. This will involve planning and implementing engaging activities and learning experiences that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will also be responsible for training and developing staff by imparting knowledge and skills. You will need to have a sound understanding of a child's developmental requirements and be able to provide a range of stimulating learning experiences designed to meet children's all-round development.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children. If you have a NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
