Job Role Overview

As a Breakfast Chef at Sodexo, you will be part of a team that prioritizes culinary excellence and provides high-quality services to our clients.

  • Assist in running the kitchen, ensuring efficient service and food preparation.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Work closely with the FOH team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene.

Required Skills:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3, or relevant experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Experience with menu production and confident input.
  • Knowledge of bulk cooking and ability to work under pressure.

Package Details
  • 40 hours per week.
