Support Worker - Weymouth

We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Weymouth, working with two gentlemen and one lady who live in their own home and have learning disabilities. Our Support Workers will empower their independence by ensuring they live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Encourage and enable individuals to participate in activities they enjoy, such as swimming, arts and crafts, and shopping excursions
  • Assist with finances and budgeting
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including alternate weekends and one sleep-in per week
