Natterbox Limited is a leading provider of cloud-based business telephony solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with telecommunications regulations and standards across various jurisdictions globally.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for navigating the complex regulatory landscape to facilitate the seamless delivery of our communications services worldwide. This will involve:

  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant telecommunications regulations, policies, and standards.
    • Monitoring proposed changes to laws and regulations, assessing potential impacts on our business operations.
  • Regulatory Analysis
    • Interpreting and analysing regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all aspects of our communications services - voice, messaging, OTT (WhatsApp etc.).
  • Regulatory Strategy
    • Developing and implementing strategies to address regulatory challenges and minimise risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serving as a point of contact for regulatory authorities, industry associations, and other stakeholders, with regular communication and collaboration.
  • Policy Development
    • Developing and articulating internal policy positions on regulatory issues, advocating for changes that support our business objectives.
  • Compliance Monitoring
    • Implementing systems and processes to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Working with our Data Analyst to prepare regulatory compliance reports for senior management and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Collaboration and Guidance
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated into product design and implementation.
    • Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on regulatory matters, including compliance requirements and best practices.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications regulatory compliance, preferably in an international context.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop practical compliance solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing regulatory compliance programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in engagement with regulatory agencies is highly desirable.
