Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Haywards Heath. This full-time role involves supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth, collaborating closely with teachers to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Provide individualized support to students, promoting their academic and personal development
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging active participation and respect among students
  • Prepare and organize learning materials, resources, and equipment to enhance the learning experience
  • Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas of strength and improvement
  • Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational success
  • Experience in an educational setting, with a focus on supporting students' academic and personal growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic educational environment
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
