Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant in Upminster. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and companionship they need to live independently.

About the Role:

  • Supporting clients with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
  • Providing companionship, reassurance, and joy to our clients, enhancing their overall quality of life.
  • Working collaboratively with our Cera Tech team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Preparing hot meals and snacks for clients.
  • Managing medication schedules and assisting with administration.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work.
