About the Role

Fidelity Digital Assets is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to drive sales growth and expand our institutional client base in the EU region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategies, developing and executing sales plans, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our institutional client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and risk teams.
  • Partner with external stakeholders, including institutional clients, to understand their needs and develop tailored sales solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Communicate effectively with audiences at all levels, from senior executives to technical teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the asset management market in the EU.
  • Strong relationships with institutional clients and a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay ahead of the competition and adapt to changing market conditions.
