About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our Engineering team in Derby. As a key member of our support team, you will provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the success of our engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering team, including data entry, report generation, and documentation management.
  • Liaise with product leads, senior management, and external agencies to coordinate project activities and resolve queries.
  • Assist in the administration of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System, including task management, approvals, and project forecasting.
  • Produce regular reports and key performance indicators as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
