Supporting Young Learners

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated teaching assistant to provide essential support to children in their early development stages. This role offers daily rates of £80-£100, dependent on qualifications and experience, and provides the opportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team.

About the Position:
  1. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children aged 3-5, helping them develop essential skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's curiosity and exploration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
About the Requirements:
  • A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential.
  • Experience working with young children, particularly within the EYFS framework.
