We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Kids Planet Cheadle Royal. Our nursery is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for early years education.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and will be able to lead and manage a team of early years practitioners. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the nursery is meeting the highest standards of childcare and education.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of early years practitioners
  • Ensuring that the nursery is meeting the highest standards of childcare and education
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Working closely with other members of the nursery team to ensure that children receive a high-quality education and care

Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding
