Couture and Bridal Atelier Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sample room coordinator to ensure that all Bespoke dresses, and couture are produced in-line with the VIP clients request.

As a key member of our team, you will have experience of coordinating an atelier and producing beautiful garments in line with set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting Bespoke construction meetings
  • Establishing construction timelines
  • Liaising with VIP clients
  • Suggesting improvements to processes and procedures for fit
  • Raising orders for fabrics and trims
  • Ensuring atelier has correct fitter notes
  • Overseeing and assembling tech packs for all Private Clients orders
  • Sourcing and ordering all necessary components for production
  • Providing pattern makers and pattern cutters with a clear technical directive for each project
  • Overseeing technical decisions on in-house production for Private Clients
  • Leading a team of staff and managing work expectations
  • Supporting the Atelier Director
  • Strong team leadership and excellent garment construction experience
  • Involved in all design briefings with the design team
  • Creating client presentations
  • Sourcing new fabrics for special bespoke projects
  • Managing finances with the financial team
