About the Job Description:

  • Deliver high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced staff team to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
