Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Advisor/Solicitor to join our team at ICS Legal. As a key member of our immigration team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients in relation to their immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide expert advice on the best course of action.
  • Prepare and submit complex immigration applications, including appeals and judicial reviews, to the UKVI.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion of applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in UK immigration law and policy, ensuring that advice and guidance provided to clients is accurate and compliant.
  • Collaborate with other members of the immigration team to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring a high level of expertise and consistency across the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Proven experience as an OISC advisor or Solicitor, with a strong track record of success in immigration law.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • License to practice law in the jurisdiction.
