The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel, is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our esteemed team in the Library. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests.

About the Role:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our menu and be able to confidently explain the dining concept to guests, taking into account any dietary requirements or allergies.
  • Work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure seamless service and maintain the highest standards of quality.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and handle any feedback or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-end food-led operation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage, with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.
