About the Client:
Our client is a 6-year-old child who requires overnight care due to their medical condition. They require assistance with personal care, medical management, and engaging in activities to promote their well-being. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and make a real difference in the client's life.

Job Details:
• Job Type: Full-time, Night Shifts
• Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
• Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
• Hours: 12-hour night shifts, 4 nights on, 4 nights off

Responsibilities:
• Provide overnight care to the client, including personal care, medical management, and activities to promote their well-being
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate records of the client's care and progress
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• Experience in healthcare or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manual handling qualifications and experience
• Valid DBS check and/or willingness to undergo one
