About the role:
- Provide evidence-based comprehensive assessments, reviews, and treatments for patients at moderate and high risk of diabetic foot complications.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care and embed clinical quality guidelines.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes and reduce the risk of developing active limb-threatening or life-threatening diabetic foot problems.
