About the role:

  • Provide evidence-based comprehensive assessments, reviews, and treatments for patients at moderate and high risk of diabetic foot complications.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care and embed clinical quality guidelines.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes and reduce the risk of developing active limb-threatening or life-threatening diabetic foot problems.

Salary: £40,506 - £62,382 per annum (dependent on experience)
