Job Title: Contract Manager - Passive Fire

Location: London (with national travel requirements)

Our client, a leading passive fire protection specialist in the UK, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their team. With a strong presence nationwide, they supply a comprehensive range of third-party accredited survey, installation, and compliance services to public and private sector organisations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in contract management, with a focus on passive fire protection. They will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the passive fire protection industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
