Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Registered Nurse to work night shifts at The Oaks Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including administering medication, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
  • Work closely with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Working knowledge of nursing home environments is highly advantageous but not essential.
