HCRG Workforce Solutions seeks an experienced Waste Operational Manager to lead the development of our waste change programme.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing waste collection services in the Westmorland and Furness area. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional results, you will play a critical role in shaping our waste management strategy.

This is a 6-month interim position, with the possibility of extending to a permanent role depending on performance. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can drive growth, improve processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

We offer a competitive salary package that includes a salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a hybrid working opportunity, with 14 hours spent in the office each week. You will also have the option to work condensed hours if required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for waste management.
