About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver Coordinator to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical nursing care to our residents while delivering strong leadership and support to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote high standards of nursing care within the home
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  • Supervise and support junior staff where appropriate through effective leadership
  • In the absence of the Home Manager, delegate daily workload efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and individual care plans as required by the company and statutory bodies

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience in a care of the elderly setting
  • Experience working with elderly people with dementia delivering clinical support
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance to internal staff, residents, and their relatives in a sensitive manner
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
