About the Role:
As an Incentives Paralegal, you will join a busy and fast-paced department where you will work closely with senior solicitors and fee earners. Your main responsibility will be to provide advisory services for companies on establishing equity incentive plans both in the UK and internationally. You will also handle transactional work in collaboration with the corporate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services for companies on establishing equity incentive plans
- Handle transactional work in collaboration with the corporate team
- Work closely with senior solicitors and fee earners
Requirements:
- Law degree (2:1 and above), PGDL, or relevant Paralegal experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Legal drafting experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
