Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader or recruiter with aspirations of leadership to join our Transmission & Distribution team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of recruiters, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Build and manage a high-performing team of recruiters
