Level 3 Nursery Professional

Are you passionate about Early Years education? We are looking for a highly motivated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Education World's nursery school in Washington.
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key worker, you will be responsible for a small group of children, building strong relationships and supporting their learning and development.
As a successful candidate, you will have a child-centered approach to education and be able to ensure children's needs are met in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Key responsibilities include working with a key worker group, planning engaging activities, building relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
We require:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting, including experience of managing a key worker group
- A child-centered approach to education, with a strong commitment to supporting children's development
- The ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Possessing passion for providing the best possible start in life for children
