Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the community team to achieve community growth and engagement goals
  • Nurture a strong and inclusive community through events, workshops, and webinars
  • Develop and implement a community strategy to identify key geographical markets and verticals
  • Communicate effectively with the community through transparent and open communication channels
  • Moderate community channels to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment
  • Create and share content that educates and informs the community
  • Support community members with technical issues and integrate community feedback into future products
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to inform decision-making
Requirements
  • Accomplished technical community manager with years of experience in blockchain communities
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing tactics and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Substantial working understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly the Ethereum ecosystem
  • Adept at driving marketing strategies that target and engage different developer communities
