Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in the finance department's daily operations, focusing on supply chain management and production planning. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing month-end closing tasks, encompassing account reconciliation, journal entries, and management reporting.
  • Creating year-end reports, covering management reporting, audit compliance, and performance analysis.
  • Highlighting financial risks and opportunities to present to the plant manager, along with regular business updates.
  • Reporting on sales performance and site productivity metrics.

Requirements

  • Relevant accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team-based office environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with SAP skills preferable.

Compensation Package

  • Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
