Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Travail Employment Group Ltd. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily managerial support to a team of site design engineers, reporting directly to the Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize all manufacturing drawings for production, ensuring client specifications are met.
  • Work in conjunction with other internal departments to advise production of manufacturing requirements and request materials from the procurement team.
  • Build relationships and understand product requirements with all internal departments.
  • Lead design teams daily to assist them with their job roles.
  • Set up manufacturing specifications onto the internal ERP system, produce and update internal manuals.
  • Manage, forecast, and monitor budgets for the department.
  • Work closely with the Project Engineer on future product requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong people management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of CAD.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to educate others.
