Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Midlands. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mocktails
  • Check identification to verify customers' ages and ensure responsible serving practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Manage cash and credit card transactions, including opening and closing tabs and making change
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers and making recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with other bar staff to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision
