Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the effective management of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of optimal patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group.
- Lead and manage the clinical team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Experience as a qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Significant experience in leading teams and/or senior practice-based work.
- Proven ability to interpret and analyse complex information and manage challenging circumstances.
- Experience in partnership working with statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Expertise in setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports at senior management level.
- Ability to drive change across professional boundaries, including practice, culture, and outcomes.
