• Deliver engaging drama lessons to students of mixed abilities, focusing on voice, movement, and acting techniques.

• Collaborate with other drama tutors to prepare and stage productions, promoting a supportive and therapeutic learning environment.

• Work towards relevant teaching qualifications, starting within 6 months of commencing in role, with a view to completion within 2 years of starting.

• Deliver teaching and training with a therapeutic and supportive approach, linking students' learning activities to the Trust's PSTE approach.

• Instil enthusiasm and enjoyment into the learning process, leading to increased self-esteem and enhanced engagement in learning.

As a Tutor, Drama, you will be responsible for teaching drama skills to students of mixed abilities at Ruskin Mill College, Nailsworth. You will work collaboratively with other drama tutors to prepare and stage productions, promoting a supportive and therapeutic learning environment.

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching Drama and hold or be working towards relevant teaching qualifications. You will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Level Disclosure, a medical check, references, evidence of qualifications, and verification of the right to work in the UK.
