{"Main Duties": "Teaching Drama Skills

• Deliver engaging drama lessons to students of mixed abilities, focusing on voice, movement, and acting techniques.

• Collaborate with other drama tutors to prepare and stage productions, promoting a supportive and therapeutic learning environment.

• Assess students' learning needs and make reasonable adjustments to minimize barriers to learning and achievement.

• Develop and implement teaching plans that link students' learning activities to the Trust's Practical Skills Therapeutic Education (PSTE) approach, promoting enthusiasm and enjoyment in the learning process.

• Foster a growth mindset and enhance students' self-esteem and engagement in learning.

• Work towards relevant teaching qualifications, starting within 6 months of commencing in role, with a view to completion within 2 years of starting.

• Contribute to the ongoing assessment of students' learning needs and make reasonable adjustments as required.

• Deliver teaching and training with a therapeutic and supportive approach, linking students' learning activities to the Trust's PSTE approach.

• Instil enthusiasm and enjoyment into the learning process, leading to increased self-esteem and enhanced engagement in learning.
