Dedicated Clinical Nurse Wanted for 19 Bed Community Hospital

We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically capable Band 5 Trained Nurse to join our nursing team at Newquay Community Hospital. As a dedicated clinical nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have RGN 1st Level registration, evidence of team working, and ongoing professional development. Experience of working within a community hospital and care of the elderly is an advantage.
As a key member of our team, you will provide mentorship to pre and post-registration students and Healthcare Assistants. You will also contribute to the assessment of care needs and development of programmes of care in the ward setting.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting patients and their families in a caring and compassionate manner.
