Education Specialist

The Education Specialists are seeking a highly skilled School Administrator to join their team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in education.
As a key member of the school's operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the school office, providing support in various areas and ensuring the smooth operation of the school reception.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling calls
* Liaise with the office manager, school business manager, and headteacher as required
* Access and manage student records using the in-house system
* Assist with attendance records and maintain accurate pupil data
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events
* Provide administrative support to school staff, including photocopying, filing, data entry, and correspondence
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a School Administrator or in a similar environment is essential
* Proficiency in SIMS software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
