About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our fashion exhibition business development efforts. As the largest and longest running events in the industry, we draw in audiences of over 12,000 visitors per show.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to prospective clients, managing a team of three sales executives, and developing strong client relationships. You will be part of a small but established team, working on a marketing-leading portfolio of consumer events.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages.
  2. Managing a team of three sales executives.
  3. Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
  4. Building strong relationships with clients and agencies.
  5. Attending competitor events to generate new leads.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in media sales, ideally exhibition sales.
  2. A passion for sales and willingness to make outbound calls.
  3. Some team leadership experience.
  4. Highly driven to hit targets and reach financial incentives (commission).
  5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  6. Strong communication skills.
  7. A confident, outgoing personality.
  8. Able to work as part of a team but also use initiative.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including commission structure and opportunities for career advancement.
