We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance team at Federated Hermes. As a key member of our team, you will provide day-to-day application support to our business users, ensuring that issues are logged and resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support for all Finance applications, including Infor BI, Proactis, Professional Advantage, and Infor SunSystems.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain procedures for application support, ensuring that business users have clear guidance on system usage.
- Administer user access and permissions for Finance systems, ensuring that users have the necessary access to perform their roles.
- Collaborate with the Finance functional area to ensure that business users understand the functionality of Finance applications, particularly enhancements following upgrades.
- Proven experience in application support, with a strong understanding of Finance and key operational areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
