About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Absolute Taste, a leading food and beverage company. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menu ideas that align with our brand's quality and style standards, working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Supervise and coach the team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, adhering to legislative and government guidelines, including food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to manage food costs, monitor stock control, and minimize wastage, ensuring accurate and timely month-end stock takes.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment, leveraging your experience and passion for delivering top-quality food.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve our mission statement: 'to be the best at what we do.'
