Job Title: Senior Nurse - Addiction Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team as an Addiction Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our guests
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the quality of care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN)
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of addiction rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
