Deputy Manager - Nursing Home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team at a leading care home in the Carlisle, Cumbria area. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the care team to provide high-quality care and services that promote choice and independence for our residents.
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to implement care home policies and procedures, ensuring that all company standards and regulations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to enhance the resident experience.
  • Assist in the overall management of the care home, including budgeting, quality monitoring, and staff development.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all staff, residents, and visitors to the care home.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Driven and motivated individual with a passion for quality care.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
