Requirements:

  • Experience: Past roles within hotel restaurants with a minimum of 3 years' experience within a five-star environment.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Micros systems would be advantageous.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility: Very flexible approach towards working hours, including weekends.
  • Personal Qualities: Loyal and trustworthy, honest, positive, responsible, very committed, passionate.
