The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Accurately assessing the needs of residents and prioritizing their care
  • Administering medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies
  • Ensuring that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
  • Reporting any ill-health amongst residents and requesting visits from GPs or other professionals as necessary

In addition to these core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess:
