The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Accurately assessing the needs of residents and prioritizing their care
- Administering medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies
- Ensuring that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
- Reporting any ill-health amongst residents and requesting visits from GPs or other professionals as necessary
In addition to these core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess:
