Job Description:

A leading national facilities management and maintenance company is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on site
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with task schedules and industry best practices
  • Ensure sites are fully compliant with industry regulations and best practices
  • Monitor and maintain main plant and equipment within buildings
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with employees and clients
  • Maintain a professional image and promote services
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure they comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes
  • Manage the site logbook system and ensure all paperwork is up to date
  • Oversee the management of on-site CAFM and Concept systems
  • Resolve client issues effectively without disrupting business or compromising client relationships
  • Be prepared for inclusion on a call-out rota for out-of-hours emergency response
Requirements:
  • Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • 17th or 18th edition or AM2 qualification, NVQ Level 3 or (236 part 1 and 2) or (C&G 2330 with AM2, 2365 AM2)
  • F-Gas, NVQ level 2/3 in Plumbing and Mechanical
  • Experience working within occupied offices
  • Driving Licence
  • Either electrical or mechanical fully qualified
