Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of prototypes for our SSNA Programme. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the integration of prototyping activities into the wider programme master schedule, ensuring successful delivery and de-risking the programme.

About the Role:

  • Manage the prototyping schedule and ensure seamless integration with the SSNA master schedule.
  • Oversee the scope of prototyping activities required to de-risk the programme through a maintained prototyping matrix.
  • Support the development of a framework that delivers prototypes from inception to manufacture.
  • Provide regular reporting on project status, schedule, risk & opportunities.
  • Lead direct reports and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional Project Management qualification or relevant experience.
  • Understanding of Lifecycle Management and Governance Framework.
  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and Engineering or Manufacturing background.

  • You will be a skilled project manager with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of program management principles and practices.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
