Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in Blackpool. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with experience of working with Windows Server, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.

  • You will provide technical support to teachers and pupils.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems.
  • You will provide hands-on advice and guidance to schools to help develop their IT networks.
  • You will maintain a helpdesk facility to provide clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is £23,000 - £30,000 per annum, and we also offer comprehensive training and a friendly team environment.
