We are searching for a highly skilled and ambitious individual to take on the role of Account Executive at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As an experienced professional in the insurance sector, you will have the chance to develop your skills and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster strong relationships with clients and underwriters, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  2. Detect and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the company.
  3. Analyze client needs and deliver bespoke insurance solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Negotiate with insurers to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and new insurance products.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships.
  3. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services, including commercial and personal lines.
Remuneration Package
  1. A salary of approximately £45,000 per annum.
