Job Opportunity at North Somerset Environment Company

North Somerset Environment Company (NSEC) is seeking a skilled HR professional to lead our HR team and support the growth of our business. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing HR strategic objectives and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR team in providing guidance, support, and policy application to colleagues
  • Manage recruitment, learning & development, and payroll functions
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor
  • Qualified CIPD practitioner with excellent working knowledge of employment legislation
  • Experience of managing third-party or in-house payroll bureaus
  • Recruitment strategist with working knowledge of media platforms
  • Excellent IT, analytical, and communication skills
