We're seeking a seasoned Senior Producer to join our team at Casual Films in a full-time permanent role.

An ideal candidate will have a strong background in both agency and production experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality films and exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will be comfortable advising FTSE 100 clients on a strategic and creative level, providing solutions that exceed their expectations and making them feel secure in our hands.

Our clients are multinational firms and industry leaders in finance, hospitality, and more. As the point of contact from brief to delivery, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, budgeting, and creative development.

Essentials

  • At least three years of experience in an agency or production role.
  • Advanced understanding of the strategic value of film in corporate communications.
  • Budget management.
  • Creative development.
  • Set management.
  • Post-production workflow.
  • Client relationship management.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Deliver high-value projects with tangibly better quality videos.
  • Add value and guidance to less experienced Producers.
  • Manage select accounts and support the EP to reach annual sales/production spend targets.
  • Drive down costs while maintaining high production values.
  • Train and retain skilled staff to support company and client needs.
  • Expand our freelancer roster using Smart Crew.
  • Hold accountability over client relationships.
  • Be fluent in the language of the boardroom and the film set, serving as an interpreter and decision-maker between stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to winning new work and spotting opportunities.
  • Review and implement new production processes when necessary.
  • Lead by example, ensuring our clients describe your personal service as first-class.
  • Contribute to the company culture, fostering junior talent, celebrating wins, and owning extra-curricular activities.

Working in the Office

Some of this role will involve remote working, with teams currently in the office 2-3 days a week.
