Job Description

This role gives you the opportunity to be part of our effort to do something special in property management.

You will oversee technical facilities management at Victoria House, providing close management of the technical supply chain and engineering support to the site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A solid understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH, L8, LOLER, PUWER, IPAF, PASMA, CDM, and High Voltage distribution
  • Demonstrable understanding of building engineering, technical services, and maintenance in high-quality commercial office property
  • Delivery of BMS and Building optimisation program
  • Knowledge of working at height confined spaces pressure systems and substantial knowledge of operating, maintaining, and HVAC systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Effective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages
  • Delivery of identification process for opportunities of condition based maintenance
