We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Distinct Consultancy Group Ltd. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing effective sales coordination and business administration duties for our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Purchase stock items as necessary, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments for credit control and product availability.
  • Coordinate delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sales opportunities and business development within your area.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Perform daily duties in accordance with company procedures, including despatching, filing, and updating records.
  • Complete month-end procedures to ensure accurate reporting and accounts management.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a similar role and/or environment.
  • Industry/product knowledge (training will be provided).
  • NVQ 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service.
  • Proficient PC skills with MS Office packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Explorer.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

  • Salary of £25K dependent on experience.
