About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. This contract is 5 days a week, term time only, and will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
  • Assist the classroom teacher in providing personalised support and assistance to our students with educational needs.
  • Maintain a safe and organised classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support student development and progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Primary aged students is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
