About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our technical coordination team, you will be responsible for managing the complete design process, from inception to completion, ensuring that all designs comply with relevant legislation, standards, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site as agreed with the Technical Director/Manager from design stage to post completion, in line with delivery programme, key dates and Vistry Life of Site process.
  • Undertake the Principal Designer role as defined within the Construction Design & Management Regulation 2015 and completion of all necessary Health, Safety & Environmental documents, in line with Group Policy & procedures.
  • Prepare Pre Development programme and work with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to manage risks through the project.
  • Co-ordinate delivery of surveys & reports required for the development and manage associated requirements from design to completion.

Requirements

  • BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering
  • Experience working within a technical coordination role at a residential house builder
  • Good level of IT literacy with experience of AutoCAD, Revit, Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Excellent organization and time management with ability to multitask
