Reliability Engineer - Guinness Beer Packaging Site

As a Reliability Engineer at Diageo's Beer Packaging Site, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective maintenance, repair, and problem-solving of assets and their availability across our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks and machine setups optimization
  • Supporting capital expenditure projects, including installation, commissioning, and testing
  • Daily Tier meetings and performance-based consultations to address persistent performance issues
  • Using data analysis to scope and deliver 'improvement projects' which support compliance, waste, cost, and performance reliability
  • Reviewing and improving our maintenance strategy to ensure a proactive and condition-based engineering department

Requirements:

  • Time-served mechanical or electrical engineer or technician with an understanding of the opposite core skill
  • Relevant qualifications and demonstrable knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
